You should be looking for cams with lift in the .700's for an all out setup. Don Bailey developed a cam called the "lumberjack cam" and that's an Ls7 specs cam and has those Ls7's making power. Brian Tooley has one of the fastest Vettes cam only iirc, but I forgot the name of it. Give him a call now that you know what your getting, and YES you might need a higher stall lol.

thats what im hoping for and with the help of you guys and some good research especially on the cam since i just saw that ravener chose the wrong cam and cost him dearly!

Yes! Check and replace your springs often. Everything else is going to take turns breaking too! Buy a trailor and a truck, or at least figure out how you deal with that situation now. Enjoy the rest!

Yeah curious how that turns out. I haven't seen a dyno of that build. He's so far under, i'd guess it could just as easily be a botched tune or build. He's missing a LOT of power...

I would've thought he be in the mid 500s easily! And yea I'm going to try to prevent anything from breaking so I'm going to check everything often.... now how much punishment do you think the ls7 lifters can take with that big of a cam?

Don't know but since your on another level you should really invest in a set of link bar lifters by morel/lunati with those you eliminate the plastic trays.
They drop in like these.. ![]() No worries about a lifter turning on you. If not a set of BTR SLR lifters to control those valves better.

I just got my 2SS/RS couple Fridays ago, there seems to be an odd quick vibration when I am turning at speeds of less than 20 mph. It only happens when I turn the steering wheel while moving forward i.e. moving out of a parking spot. While turning I will feel a slight vibration, as if something is rubbing up on something, but just as quick it will go away when I am fully turned. There is no noise when this happens, just the quick vibration. And it only happens when I am moving forward AND turning slower than 20 mph.
It used to happen on my 2010 V6 as well, but went away after a while.
