looks good lio, i'm a little biased

they sent me the wrong guards too, wonder what happens over there on the order fulfillment side?

BAPD77, water will still be a little issue, as they will drain out towards the front of the car, closer to the belts. but there are ways around that, like the drain lines lio has

Looks good - I have been working with steve in the past few weeks and there are many ways you can mitigate rain from getting in.
1. the big one is never let the rain in when you are parked for the night. A plex cover with weighting, and form fitting locks everything out. I have been using a set for weeks with good luck. Pics in the DIY section
2. the vent drain tubing that is in the DIY section, it allows water to drain over the radiator at the front of the car.
3. And once rain leaves debris, a quick disconnect pan using thumbscrews that allows cleaning quickly - this in process....

Steve testing some pans that allow more temp exhaust while still protecting against water...stay tuned...

Very nice! I would like to hear your thoughts on how the drainage works going forward.

Does the color match the 1LE hood vinyl out of the box or do they need to be painted?

The color out of the box is a matte black that happens to match very well. They do have painting options on their site tho

The color that they come in is a flat black which pairs up perfectly with the 1LE hood
