Chrome Paint Bowtie
I want to try to use some chrome paint and paint my Bowties. I saw a video online that showed how to paint plastic chrome. It used a gloss black and then it used chrome. In the video the final product looked good. Has anyone tried this?
I figure that if I mess it up, I can always just scuff it up and re-paint it black. |

I bought some chrome vinyl wrap and applied it. However, I think I might have bought some cheap wrap. It applied ok, but I scratched it up a bit.
What's the best stuff to get in case I don't get the stuff I bought to work right? |

on Jay Leno's garage one of his mechs does spray on chrome. its a silver plating process similar to the process used to make mirrors. but i cant seem to find a good source for the product since the mechs site is no longer up.
