It is vinyl wrapped, not painted which is almost double the cost of paint but not permanent.

thanks! Had I known I'd get hit so much and have to replace most all body panels, I would have just painted it..... The paint has to dry 30 days before the wrap can go on so it's been a HUGE headache..... But she's fun to drive.
