Some change the trans and differential at 75000 to 100000 miles, I change mine at 100000. When you have the transmission fluid changed have the filter changed to. Like another poster stated tires can not be rotated.
If you have not change the oil do it now then every 5000 miles

(edited to change tire can be rotated side to side but not from front to rear)

Read your owners manual, search and read this forum a lot more. Stock Pirelli's on an SS or RS are not directional and can be swapped side to side per 2012 manual and probably 2013, check it out. They are marked on the outside as outside. So when you swap sides the outside is still on the outside, the tire will rotate in the opposite direction which is fine. I do mine every 8K. Looks like I should get at least 30K out of them, got 17K on them now and they look good.

I had my rear end drained and re- filled at about 6000 miles. Dirty and lots of debris.

Besides regular oil changes, I also had the Rear end fluid changed on my '10 SS
at 17,000 miles. Both the fill & drain magnetic plugs were loaded with
filings- (looked like silver paint.)

will it depends on how you drive ( severe use, etc) I make a habit of changing my deferential fluid every 35k because I did to drive quite aggressively I also change the trans fluid every 50k. I see it as better safe than sorry.

Yes... they can. If they are the stock RS staggered wheels/tires (Pirellis, for example) they can be rotated side to side. DO NOT perform typical rotation of front to rear/side to side. Fronts stay on front - rears stay on rear. And this rotation will help tires wear more evenly and last longer.
