What happened to your tires? They look, well, not very sticky.
I'm lost on what your talking about. Sorry please explain a little more.

question guys ok my insurance totaled out my car and i got another one. lupient in bloomington sold a car i had on hold and we got into a disagreement and they hang up the phone on me and i guess that called a gave a insurance some false claim stating i dont know what because they saw the damage too. now my insurance denied my claim and its all because of what they got from lupient saying my car wasnt damaged by the storm when it in fact was. i need to know what can be some of the steps i need to take because this was caused by the storm and the insurance is getting their info from a source that had a disagreement with me

I would fill the insurance company in on the bias of the appraisal and request a new one be done.

In minnesota some dealers (higher volume ones) they have plates on hand and give them to you right away then send the necessary forms to the state.

Nice ride!!

Well, I have to ask why did you buy a new car before you had the insurance check for the old one? That is just lunacy. Hell, rent a cheap car for $49 a week until you find a new one but dont get stuck with two cars.

As for insurance. They are just like dealers. They want to give you the least amount for your car so they can make more money with they auction it off. So, have the actually offered you anything? I keep seeing where you said they want to total it but no actual value being given.

Insurance, like banking, is a legal criminal enterprise designed to keep the middle class scared, and 'in their place.'

they tolated it out and told me to go start looking for a new car they sent me paper saying it was totaled that i signed and we was waiting on my bank to look over everything then i went back to the dealer that messed me over because they had another camaro and they called my insurance to verify it was totaled then everything went down hill then insurance told me somebody is coming to look at the car a third time and said they got a tip from the dealer that was upset with me so they denying it

Ok, there is your problem. You should waited until you got the check. Your car is still not paid off, you have no check from the insurance AND you still are liable for missed payments.

Did they ever give you a value for your totaled car?
