GM Order Status Event Codes

can someone tell me what event code "4D' is? It was on my car in another thread. Just got off the phone with my dealer and he is going to find out if it is here in houston or still on a train. He told me they switched transport companies again.

Yes it is possible but you need to get your dealer to print it out for you. Ask him for a production report for your order. It will display every status code your car ever had and the dates the codes occured. I have mine! Good luck!

Got some great news from our dealership over in Hudson today.
And this time he actually called us instead of me calling him all the time. Anyway, he called to tell us that the car is in the process of coming to Florida and that we need to call him Monday to schedule a time to come in next week and get the car financed. Wahoo! Then he thinks within two weeks we should have the car! Great news!! I am so excited, this is what I have been waiting on, theirs only one more thing in my opinion to get excited about- the delivery!!!

He says our car will be the first he's had with the tan leather interior. He says he is excited to see it in person too as all the others have been the grey interior.

Hope the rest of you guys at my dealer are next!

Update 7/21- I GOT MY VIN# Today!!! Wahoo!!! Next phone call-making an appointment for the financing- scheduled delivery date 8/4!!!!

Need to check my order status. I ordered a IOM 2SS w/MN6.
My dealer told me it was built 7/15 and the last 8 of the VIN# A9125118 Order # NKJKH5.
He knew nothing about the QC Hold.
Can you please check my status.

Oh MY HOLY GOD I give up trying to help. This is not the proper place. If you have a vin there is a proper thread to get updates. There is a sticky on this page that says all order tracking and has a very detaled explanation of where to post.

Yes, I read the sticky. Sorry but I am in between your stickies!!! The Bayed Thread requires the full VIN#. I do NOT have the full VIN#. The dealer only had the last 8. Do not ask me why. I figure you could help me get the full VIN#, then I could enter the full VIN# on the Bayed Thread.
