Thanks. It's appreciated. Good luck to you, too.

Well, I hate to break it to you pal, but in that respect you're not. Try stepping down off that invisible pedestal of yours, perhaps look up the word humble in a dictionary and think how you could apply that to yourself.

What am I hating on? The fact that you asked the question "how many ninth graders do you know in trigonometry and biology" and I effectively said every ninth grader I've ever known?

Why don't you wait and mature a bit before you post again. Your juvenile nature is quite evident...

Do think I honestly care what you think. BTW 9th graders take algebra 1 so your argument is pointless. Yes you are a hater tho.

$25k for a first car....

About 6 months before my 16th b-day (1990) my dad tows home a POS 1980 Chevy Monza with a 2.5 four banger and a four speed (he paid $175). I had to get it running (he helped of course) and learn to drive a stick so I could take my driving test.

For my birthday my parents paid my first months insurance and got the car inspected. I was told 'pay your insurance and gas or ride the bus'.

I never again rode the bus.

I drove that car for 2 years in high school and 2 years of college putting another 100,000 miles on top of an estimated 250,000ish.

Well my parents say I get one and I pay for gas and any mods but I only get one car that's it.

So I don't know if you are trying to be funny or if something is wrong with my first post.

Oh and btw, Algebra 1 is taught in middle school where I come from... Must be that darned Fl school system (or not, seeing as it is one of the top ten in the country).

Well I think Florida has something right and in the Florida school system algebra 1 is taught in 9th grade. Why are we arguing about classes on a car forum.
