Lol I get the "there's no way you're stock blah blah blah" everytime. I was surprised at the outcome also. Even after we finished the race, I asked the owner if he had a bad launch, he said no, everything was fine. My SS is completely stock, it made 366whp 365tq a month ago at a dyno. The one thing I know for sure is to drive the hell out of my SS. Seeing how others launch and shift their SS down the 1/4, I'm certain I'm a better driver than they are. Maybe the owner of the BMW actually bought a X6 and thought it was a X6M, maybe its an X6 with M badges, maybe then all this would make more sense.

Instead of congratulating your own for a great kill, you go and bash them for something that doesn't seem to be. Its a fkn 5300+lb SUV with a near 260lb driver I ran, not a Ferrari. W.e . disagree and bash me all you want, I still love y'all.

550+ All wheel drive >426. You are not going to bog the start against a 550 hp all wheel drive anything and run it down with less HP. Cut it out fellas...

OMFG have you ever heard of power to weight ratio? We all know what my car makes to the wheels and what it weighs more or less. Now lets see how many of the X6M's 550 ponies actually make it to all 4 wheels, and keep in mind the extra 2000 lbs that SUV has over me...

Also keep in mind not every Camaro is the same. Some make more power and weigh less than the other. Maybe I have a lighter Camaro than the norm, and with the power it makes plus a better than the average driver, you have a real good reason why the X6M lost...

So let me get this straight, you had your stock car on the dyno just to see what numbers it put down and you did not get it tuned or anything while it was on there?

And in response to it being "a fkn 5300+lb SUV with a near 260lb driver". Yes it is, but it puts down the quarter mile time you and others have posted at 12.5 at 110+. And it does that at that weight you mentioned...so why say anything about it being a 5300+lb SUV? It's irrelevant in your argument here...

Lol. That's one special camaro you have sir. The X6M does the a faster quarter mile than most stock SS's on here and you over come a bad start,pull even and then pull car lengths? The X6 shift into reverse?

I didn't tune the car on the dyno because they were asking for $400... I have a friend who can street tune my SS for $100. I'm in no rush to tune or mod the SS when I have another project car I'm currently working on.

We all know weight makes a huge difference in every race. On top of the BMW being a heavy car, the owner himself was looked to be almost 300lbs. The time the X6M makes in the 1/4 is similar to the SS. Having a heavier driver definitely slows the car down, so that "110+mph trap" may simply be 108-109 now. There are too many factors in every run, you just can't really say a car will automatically win because it makes more power or what not.
