Well, you all missed a top alcohol dragster do a 4.46 sec @ 156 mph 1/4 mile at the motor plex last night... Holy cow! Haha.

We had a great turn out for the 5th gens: what was it...4 SS, 3 1LE, 2 ZL1, and one GS! There was also a Trans Am conversion as well. Saw a few more that just drove by and didn't stop. It was nice meeting the new people and seeing Gigachip and his sister and parents again. We need to set up a meet on a Sat or Sun and try to get more people to come out.

No, that wasn't me I didn't make it out to the track last night and I got to Hudson not longer after you left from what I understand. maybe next time. What was your times at el paso?

Here is run 4. Run 5 was 71.88, run 4 was 72.95. I improved my time on every run I made, which was goal 2. Goal 1 was to have fun!

$h1t what happened? Any suspension mods? Tires? The ZL1 has to have different calibration. I only did one AutoX in my old '10 SS, it was completely stock. Ran out at Arroyo Seco Raceway with modded suspension but stock wheels and tire sizes. Never blew the airbags. What part of the course did they blow? I have seen it happen before, but is rare. I wonder if the ones that do have bad sensors, or mis-calibrated. Of course will never know. One I saw was highly modded and prob pulling more Gs than the SS was calibrated for. The other was doing doughnuts and rapidly changed directions when his blew.
