Unhappy camaro out of commision

well, went to take her out for a drive today and right off the bat started to idle rough. then a few seconds later the engine light came on, a few seconds later started blinking, and then the all the stabilitrak and tc lights light up. finally, the "service stabilitrak soon" message popped up. after a quick search on the internet for a possible cause or solution, I popped the hood to make sure all the coil packs were plugged in. to my surprise, on the first cylinder two of the four wires from the plug were broke right where the electrical tape stopped.

anyhow, roadside assistance is on the way. hopefully they cover this and don't try to call it rodent damage or anything.

Just splice the wires and get her home and solder them.
You found the problem...easy fix.

happened in the driveway, so already home. anyhow, they just picked it up and are taking it to the local dealer. it's a 2012 with 11k miles so it's still under warranty. just seems real odd. two clean cuts in the wire, at about a 45 degree angle. about an inch up from the break the one wire had a little damage to the rubber casing also. but doesn't look chewed, looks more intentional than anything else.
