Wright-Patt AFB checking in...I live in Jamestown. East of Xenia. 2LT ordered at LANG Chevy. They seem to be doing OK so far, a little slim on the info side. Working with me to get best price possible (so they say) Hard for them to chump military member without bad press. So I keep my fingers crossed and wait. This is gift for my wife...for all shes done, Military wives do so much and put up with so much. And its her birthday can you think of a better gift! (Gen 5). she owned early 70's as teenager and has spoke often of it.

Welcome tunacan58! I'm a military spouse and I agree with you - we do a lot :-) Your wife's going to love her 2LT (color??) Come out to the Kmart car show some Friday evening and introduce yourself to all of us!
Welcome to you also, prostock69! Can't wait to see that IOM joining us on Friday evenings but, until then, come on out and meet up with us :-) And cowboy1948 - you will survive the wait and live to tell the tale :-) Lots of us ordered last October sight unseen and waited over half a year before we got our rides. You, too, should come out to Kmart on Friday evenings and get to know your fellow Dayton/Columbus/Cincy forum members. Check out our cars so you can make plans for your own. "Good things come to those who wait" definitely applies to the Camaro! |
