'10 Radio Control Face question

I've wanted to attempt this forever now and just found a used radio set for $100 on ebay and before I try it wanted to know if people had any suggestions on going about it.

Basically I am wanting to take the control face which is the stock grey/silver color and paint it IOM to match the rest of my interior (all orange some might think too much) anyways my main concern is with the directions, the little logos that say what button does what function, etc.

Is there a sticker pack that is made for the radio controls since it would be very very very tedious to say the least to tape up all the numbers/words on the face before I painted it to match. Or are they painted by machine at the factory? Any ideas if I could get an after market company to make the stickers for me and then apply after the paint?
