So i know you guys discussed and good Brake pad for the track, but im needing some for my daily driver and was wondering if i could get your input on a couple for street driving and the occasional dragstrip days. Maybe a few times a year.

I saw that thread but I didn't even look at it! I knew it would probably be one of those meaningless and trivial things that escalate into a forum argument!

I put the Hawks on my car a few years ago. They stop my car no problem on the track and are quiet and pretty dust free on the street.

I can't comment on the others but I'd go with the hawks again.

That's what I'm looking for a quiet and low dust brake. So those are the ones your currently running in your car?

Yup. I've had them I'm since 2011. Prob have 4k miles on them since then. Even from the low 140 mph passes it slows down with ease. Front and rear (v6 rear brakes).

Haha low 140 passes huh, V6 rears? Is that to save weight or what? Thanks I think I go ahead and try them out also.

The V6 rears are to fit 16" wheels. My car is over 4200 lbs. I could give two shits about saving weight. It's easier to add more power!!

Dang I need to get back on these HPT harnesses. They slipped out of my focus the last couple weeks. Looks like I might be getting close to buying my HPT setup too! Can't wait to get started. How are you coming along Solomon?
