In California that is still illegal.

Don't blame someone else for the lack of a front plate. It is the owners responsibility to make sure it's on.

Gonna ask then since I go to school in Chicago,

Is the front license plate a big deal? I really don't want to mount it.

I have shipped a butt load of our brackets to Texas over the last 3 years, I'd say more than any other state... Thanks to those that mentioned us... I know having a front plate sucks, but we try to make it look as good as possible.

Any idea on when we might have a bracket for the 2014 1LE?

Just waiting on a c5 member to hopefully get back to me with some measurements i need... with any luck, the 2013 1LE bracket will still work, but still up in the air at the moment.

Everything is temporary, some just more temporary than others.

In the suburbs, you shouldn't have a problem. In the city, I don't know if Parking Enforcement can write an equipment ticket if you're parked on the street. If you have to park at O'Hare or Midway, you will get a $60 ticket.

I have been pulled over five times thankfully I have not gotten any tickets only warnings. There's no question my mind that the police were targeting my Camaro because it's a Camaro it draws attention to itself.

Back in 2009 when I first got the car one policeman pulled me over and admitted he only wanted to check out my car. He warned me about no front plate.

I got tired of getting pulled over so I attached my front plate with some zip ties, no holes required.
