I use to drive mine to do estimates for peoples homes , 40% said "Nice car is this going to cost me more since you got such a nice car." ( I am now driving my gas hog van just to get more jobs and avoid that situation ) They do not know you can get a used one today for $15 K , Just goes to show most think these are $75000.00 regardless of what model Camaro you got , Most would not know the difference between the new Z-28 to the basic LS , And shows the Camaro is a Beauty !

My family is the same way... They think I am rich, cause I 'Have all this going on' But it is how you manage your money...
They are a train wreck! Emotionally and Financially!

I've had people tell me that also. I let them know that if they stopped wasting money on other things then they too could buy a car like ours. Go back to school to get ahead and get a promotion, work a second job, which is what I did to save up 50% of the car. I tell them that my Camaro cost less than their mini-van or SUV did. Our Camaro's are more visually appealing compared to the boring cars that I see on the road every day. No wonder they give us grief.

Yea, I dont go out every weekend or have more family then I can afford. Me and my wife of 10 years have had 1 kid, and he is all we are having, just for the fact we can still live like normal human beings, provide for him, etc

People at my college talk crap all the time about spoiled kids. But I stay humble and I actually go out of my way to help people that wouldn't even help me.

i hate when peeps critiize. its not their money. i am concerned, to be honest , i am looking at a new 13 black vert. i can hear the < its must be nice" or you got money, or what are pymts, etc? i work at a credit union where most folks, dont make that much, including me. however, i save my money, can, i am not looking at no ss or zl1, but a 2lt, but new. but i can hear the comments. i got that alot when my wife and i built our house when we got married. gee wiz, i aint makin anyone else pay for it!

I have a v6 and a lot of people love it, but what really annoys me is "why didn't you get a v8...?" It's like well, better gas mileage, I don't plan on getting tickets, cheater insurance, paid less, wait, where's your Camaro again? Why are you telling me to buy a v8? Can you even afford a v6? So ya, that annoys me.
