I have received the phone call I have been waiting for!! Not from my lil pee on GM rep. But a GM rep that can actually give the OK to get me a new car! Not saying much now, fingers crossed, I should know something real soon

Wow. This thread is a perfect reminder of how much variability there is with car dealerships...unbelievable how poorly they've handled this situation.

GM did a buy back, got a out of this world deal. GM was quick, responsive and very professional with my problems. Check out my new ride

Ive had a great experience at the same dealer. JK. not. They have blamed everything from torque converters having a melt down to engine locked in safe mode because i put in aftermarket plug and play headlights. They too have put numerous dents and scratches into my car and when shown they say, how do we know they weren't there before. And as a matter of fact right after i got my car back from one of my numerous trips to getting my dash replaced i notices a whole in the bottom of my shifter, i never even thought it could have been them. The techs are also idiots, i stood there and watched a tech almost grind my rims into the curb right in front of my eyes.

the last time i was at the dealer getting my car fixed i saw this car in person. The rust damage was literally 4 bolts by the tranny that was it.It was not bad at all apparently if you whine enough to gm they will just give you a new car to get you out of their hair.
