About gave me a heart attack at work(but in a good way!) when I read that. Now time really slows down that I know it's so close.

And Joelster, I hope yours is next cause that's a bummer that the mine is built before yours with the week difference in our placements. They'll probably ship yours first to get me back

I see you are from Maryland. If everything goes good, I should have my car down there some time in November at Cecil dragstrip. Me and a bunch of friends will be there looking for personal bests at the track. I'd love to set the 100% stock 1LE record, in that cool fall air!

I used to work close to the area near 75-80 Dragstrip but I'd never feel confident enough to take it out there and stretch its legs and not embarrass the hell out of myself . The unfortunate part of this cool fall air means we're getting our cars when that cold, frigid winter air is around the corner.

Random side note, I took my current car in for its last oil change and stopped in to have a chat with my salesman now that it's built to find out he was handing over the second of two C7's they just received. Was fortunate enough to step out and get a good look at the car with the new owner looking over every facet of the inside before he drove off; that Lime Rock Green is a beauty in person
