Attack of plasti dip

Ok, so I dipped my tailights, tail light bezels, and headlights today ( I dont drive at night so the healights dont matter, and the tailights let ALOT more light through than you think, so dont say it isnt safe because thats not what I'm asking.)

What do you guys think the results look like?

BTW, I havent got my ZL1 bumper painted yet.. so just ignore that..

See, thank you. Atleast you agree.

I think the previous guys are looking at the unpainted bumper and dirty wheels. The only reason the wheels are dirty is because I havent had it out, 'cause I've been busy and modding the car. Not constantly washing it.

Btw yours looks nice too

My opinion is it really does nothing to improve the appearance. But it's your car so do what you like. That being said, I do believe even if you don't drive at night the blacking out of your headlights and tail lights will more than likely increase the chances that it will draw attention of the local Leos.

Tail lights look pretty good. Headlights, not so much. I know you say you don't drive at night, but you just never know. You could get hung up somewhere and have no choice but to drive at night, plus the weather can sometimes make the day look like night. Not worth the danger to others and yourself, and you will attract the attention of LEO's even during the day.

1. Illegal to drive without functioning tail or head lights in Arizona anyways, You should Just nightshade those.

2. If someone hits you or you hit someone, you'll be paying a lot for the reason above, it's endangering other people.

3. Not a fan of all the palstidip, it looks good on the wheels but that's it.

4. To each his own, if you like it keep it don't listen to us. Just know you actually are endangering other people and all risks are yours for the taking.

Tough crowd tonight. I like it. I think when you clear your head lights and paint the front fascia it will lighten up the look on your lights a great deal. I had my vette "murdered out" and never had a minutes problem from the LEO's. The light illuminates surprisingly well. Hey but what do I know; Im just a newbie

Yea, but the thing is, believe it or not, you really can see the lights almost perfectly.

How would the shades be any different?
