The title explains itself. Im currently on the look for a CAI without tune that I can get the most performane out of. Also where to purchase them for the best price

my .02 there is not "best" CAI. Maybe testing will prove me wrong but I bet many of the HP number will be in the range of error of a dyno run.
if not tuning you have 3 options 1. rotofab 2. CAI 3. K&N not tuning 1. adm 2. air raid 3. new era etc, etc I have seen all of these make power on cars. I have the rotofab and am happy with it. $399 the best deal IMO. I bet any of the CAI's I have listed power wise would make people happy.
