Exhaust slipped back, melted the diffuser
While running at the track my exhaust slipped back a few inches and the mufflers started to melt the diffuser. Turns out the header to xpipe band clamps some how got a bit loose. Not sure how common this might be, but you might want to keep an eye out for those clamps getting loose if you have them.

That's a bummer.. We recommend going through and re-tightening everything after a couple heat cycles.
On the plus side, I bet you can pick a new one up for next to nothing from someone who upgraded to the 1LE diffuser. Best regards, Tyler 888-308-6007 |

I had a similar thing happen to me except it was from the tip getting hot while at the track and metled a little of the diffuser.
