First day on the track with the new 1le. All I can say is this thing is amazing

little bit of under steer when you really throw it hard into a corner but still does awesome. Hit 1.17g consistently all day long and averaged 1.47 lap times reaching speeds of 136.

Did have some high oil temps (266*) for being a relatively cool day! Anyone else who tracks their car have this problem? Brakes held up good, I defiantly recommend burnishing the the pads per the manual before hard use. I didn't do this on my 12ss and they glazed up and stopped like crap.

What track did you run on. Spokane for the test and tune that SRP puts on? Or you must have ran the advanced auto day? 136 on the front straight is pretty good. What did you get on the back straight after you jump the gas line?

I ran the ZL on 9/15 at my moto event during lunch. Sounds like we should be talking.

Ran with the advanced auto fab group. Hit about 120 on the back but I didn't push it real hard down that strech, it likes to toss the car around as you probably know. We should talk PM me.

No, found out the camera battery was dead when I got to the track.

I am hoping the guy who was taking some pics has some of me and I will post them if he does.

My car and truck are not running/racing the course, we use the truck for setting up cones, hauling workers, supplies, etc. I drive the course in the car to see that all gravel is off, cones setup, workers in place, etc. That's why no helmet and not really running hard.

Don't worry. The pickup and car aren't running the course. The pickup is hauling corner workers and supplies, and the car is checking that the course is ready for bikes.
