At least it masks the sound of the mirror whistling, if I had these whistler tips i'd want my mirrors to whistle.

I have whistling - though I don't think it's as loud as yours. I have learned to just ignore it.

Did some testing on a drive today.

Whistling only occurs between 68 - 73 MPH, and only when I apply the throttle.

Which is absolutely crazy because that means the whistling is coming from the throttle body/air intake

I noticed today on my way home from work with A/C on a slight whistling noise comCing from the vents, it went away when I turned off the A/C. Came back when I turned A/C back on so I just turned up the radio.

It is the mirror on the drivers side. Fold it in when you drive and the sound will dissapear. But how to fix it, I don't know. Any suggestions. Maybe GM should make a little plastic gadget to fit on to get rid of the whistling sound. Come on GM. The ball is in your court !
