I spent a lotta time working on the LED strip lighting that's going under the EmblemPros bowtie. For an old goofball who started out working with vacuum-tube analog computers, this new-fangled stuff has a bit of a learning curve. But after viewing a few youtube videos, taking a REAL close look at the strips and finding a layer of insulation that I'd overlooked, it started to get easier. I hope to have a photo of it all connected and lit tomorrow.

Then the guy in the UBT (Ugly Brown Truck...he's a good dude, but the truck's still ugly) showed up with my BBT fuel rails and my BMR 4-point strut tower brace. I'm gonna have to get busy and get this stuff installed cuz I also ordered a car cover so I can keep the Camaro outside and bring my race car into the garage and start workin on gettin a coat of paint (or maybe PlastiDip) on it. Then I need to decide if I have to pull the motor and maybe replace the TH2004R with a Super T-10 trans and the 7 5/8" rear end with a Ford 9". And I thought the summer was busy.

Scrubbed about 40lbs of brake dust off the wheels. When I got done and dumped my bucket out, the water stained the asphalt more black.

If those LED's don't light up the edges enough for you, try the 'side firing' ones.

2nd place in the Post-1959 GM category at the First Annual East Texas Car Show. Lost to an Orange '67 SS Camaro, but I don't consider that a loss... That thing was clean as hell.
