I used to go with Chevron, until the location was bought out by BP. I use BP, Shell [5 cents off Thursdays], and Costco. I'm not real picky but those happen to be the ones around my home/work and relatively cheap. I usually avoid those no name stations.

Chevron 91. If Chevron is not available then Shell. Never anything else. Also run Techron once a month.

you do realize the no name stations buy their gas from the same wholesalers as chevron, BP shell and costco don't you.

All gas comes from regional terminals...the bp truck is in line with the shell truck that's inline with the chevron truck.ect...they put additives in it that makes it" there brand". Actually the no name independents is probably your better gas....no additives

Shell 93 and a lot of it. ... 110mi. round trip to work daily. Fill up about every 2 1/2 days. I use my Shell Mastercard for $.10 / gal. credit up to first 100gal ($10 a month) + the Kroger fuel points of $.10 / gal each fill-up.

The additives make the fuel what it is based on the top-tier listing that GM recommends. I am unsure of warranty issues tied to non-use of top-tier stations since it is only recommended, but is stated specifically in the owners manual. Just something else for "the man" to hit you with.

Quick trip gas. 93 octane and it's usually cheapest. I've been told they have more fuel like filters at their pumps too than usual.

Would walmarts 93 octane and Krogers 93 octane
Be good for the car? Or should I start going somewhere else? Reason being I fill up there is for 15 cents off at Walmart and up to a dollar Everytime at Kroger if we haven't used the pouts already.

Only Shell or Chevron. If a gas station has gas for 20 cents cheaper than Shell or Chevron, then there has to be a reason. And I'm sure it's not a good one.
