I suppose the big radio antenna hanging off the trunk shoulda told me that Po Po was just ahead of us... Kind of hard to see things liike that in the dark until you get right on their tail. Good thing Dan had a white Camaro so Po Po didn't know which one had been riding his bumper! All we needed was another white Camaro (Big Al) and I think I could've got away and gone faster than 35 mph for fifteen miles watching Bambi in Po Po's backseat...

At least I got you and Dan past the rice-burner in KY quicker than we got past Po Po. That was kinda fun watching that dude speed up each time we tried to pass him, and then seeing you and Dan blowing by him while he was 'hung out to dry' by your Camaro teammate. Sometimes it is hard which lane to pick...

Hey just a heads up for anyone who might be interested....we are doing an event at Road Atlanta on 11/2 - 11/3 at the SCCA Trans Am race. There are a bunch of races going on that weekend, with the highlight being the Trans Am race on Sunday. We are joining up with one of the clubs from Florida with a Camaro Corral and we have a meet and greet set up with Cam Lawrence (Camaro driver), who has already won the 2013 Championship in T2.

There is a thread with some additional details, and more to come here in the Southeast forum

If anyone has any questions, please just let me know.

In my old street racing days we use to line the cars up and cruise around town, get a bite to eat and talk hot rods. Anyone interested in doing that this Saturday? If so let me know and we will find a place to meet.

OK fellow Camaro owners, Saturday nights cruise will start at West Town Mall on Kingston Pike. We will meet in the parking lot in the far southeast corner between 7:30 & 8:00. We will cruise down Kingston Pike to Cumberland into downtown. Regroup in case we get split up on the way downtown and do a few passes up & down Gay street & Old Town. Then find someplace to get ice cream or coffee before calling it a night. All muscle cars are welcome, so far we have my 2012 SS and a 68 327 Motion Camaro. Come on come all!
