I bought my camaro 7 months ago and on my limited salary being on 18 years old I had enough extra money to pick myself up an ingen CAI. I searched for schring(I'm sorry I think I spelled his name wrong) review thread on it, but couldn't find it. But I saw other people talking about how the results were good so I pulled the trigger. This is my first mod on a computer engine(i know it was a
Simple mod but I raced fourwheelers so I worked a lot on small engines). Everything went very smoothly aside from me neglecting to follow instructions in order and pulling on the hose from the washer fluid bottle before bolting it off. It started squirting everywhere

. It took a total of three hours with 3-4 breaks and talking to my mom in between!

Thanks! Also a question I should've probably asked before I bought it. In my mind(and that's not saying much) I thought the black tube would stay cooler than the chrome version? It just seems as though that it would. I might be completely wrong. I ended up digging the black look anyway! So no biggy if it has no performance differences

Good job man! Didn't even know Injen made a cai for the camaro! Had one on my 350z back in the day and it was a nice part! Congrats on the modding, it's all down hill from here, so keep your wallet out! Lol btw this is the v8 section

headers, exhaust, tune

ive always liked thow the V6's sound with that MRT V2 exhaust

Agreed, MRT axle back exhaust. Will round out your car nicely. I had them on my 2011 LT and loved it.
