You can eat over the sink, leave the toilet seat up, not make the bed...

Although I suppose after 20yrs of marriage, my idea of living it up might be a little lame.

Buy a case of beer / bottle, whatever you prefer. Do you like sports because there is some really good post season baseball on right now, hockey season is just getting started and football is always awesome. Not a sports fan.. then make a list of movies you've always wanted to see and start knocking them off your list.
If you exercise do it right after work so you have the rest of the night to yourself... minus the time spent on the phone talking to your wife. And relax man!
