The headers are the bottleneck. Think about it, you squeezing air down, and expelling thru manifolds as opposed to 1 7/8 headers. I say another 25/35+ hp

When the backpressure is reduced by headers doesn't the boost drop a little bit? Time for a smaller pulley?

smaller pulley proves nothing. But yeah I have that if needed. I'm doing this on just 93. I have no cats as is so already saw the boost drop there. 11psi or less on 93 is probably fair game. I'm seeing 10.6 right now.

Wasn't trying to say anything other than boost might drop and a smaller pulley maybe needed to regain it and then 1+1= a bunch more power.

Yeah. I'm basing my guess on you already having the cats out. I think you'll gain more tq than hp. Both will be small.

Are we guessing how much extra power will be made on a forced induction engine going from stock manifolds to 1-7/8th headers without cats?! Are we talking tune also? I'd say closer to 40.

Alright friend. Let's discuss why one would expect the same 40 hp gain from a supercharged car.

We would have to agree on where the power comes from on a stock-to-headers swap. Cats right?

I'm sticking with the 10-15 hp max and I'm leaning more towards 10 than I am 15.
I got 5 on it.....
