Was at GLD yesterday with a few Jeep SRT8 guys. There was probably only 8-10 cars running the whole night. Everyone got a ton of passes in with a DA hovering around 0.

Had a couple of the jeeps break down at first, but i was able to help everyone get home uner their own power.

AMS was their getting their 2013 E63 AMG dialed in. That thing sounded mean.

How was the track?

I'm still planning on this coming Thursday but if the weather gets iffy I will go Friday.

it wasnt too too bad. As the night went on it started losing its prep. They really werent trying to keep up either as there wasnt that many cars there.

Couple of the jeeps were able to break their tires loose as an example haha.

I'm still planning Thursday or Friday as a back up date. If GLD closes for the season before I run again I might freak out haha.

I am a maybe on thursday.

I might head up on saturday as they moved the RSD to this saturday because its the last one of the year. And then sunday we are still planning on either byron or GLD. not sure yet.

I took a trip out to byron yesterday. There was only 1 5th gen camaro running. A white 2012 SS m6 that had bogarts wheels all around. Cam, exhaust, intake... the basics bolt on goodies... I think his best run was a 12.12??? I tried talking to him more about the car but he seemed to busy with other things. He had big ol drag radials on the back, but didnt do a single burnout. would spin all of first and good chunk of 2nd. the coldest it got yesterday was 40 degrees out! was COLD!!! lol

Yeah RSD is not pro TNT last time I went I did not get many runs in. But I do like that event too.

I need to start watching the weather.

yeah, days are limited.

I think i have been to a track 5 times in the past 10 days... and i dont even have a car to race haha.

Usually it's not this cold for a few more weeks... eek. GLD closed today did not run. We'll see if they are open tomorrow.

Talking to some other local friends on backup plans... NLR... Byron... I guess we'll see what happens.

That's scary to see them close due to coldness already :-( they are saying no matter what they are open the whole weekend no matter how cold though.

We are all still going to byron Sunday. If your plans change

I'm looking at Friday or Saturday at GLD, I prefer Friday if the track is open.

I have a lot of family stuff on Sunday, no can do though Ron and BJ are the best track owners ever.

Friday is import wars I believe. Saturday is RSD, and Sunday is the nitrous brawl. :-/ they say T&T is open but the question is how many passes will you get

If you guys can hold out till next weekend, my th400 swap should be done early next week. As long as I don't have any issues I am going to head to Byron that weekend. Hoping for 11s baby!
