honestly I have never seen worse paint on any cars before the last 3 fifth gens ive had. behind my wheels in the front look like they've been sandblasted to the primer but ive never driven in sand or even on gravel.

I have seen the ZR-1s dropping in price big time. I wouldn't go that route though as the maintenance on that would break me with the carbon fiber rotors and all. gonna try and do a low mileage Z06 so I can get a lower payment than I have now and actually that 7 liter gets almost 10 mpg better than my car does now. the new stingrays at sundays show gave me corvette fever I guess.

there is no such thing as a perfect car, every vehicle will have some sort of blemish in it somewhere. its how the dealer takes car of the issue that determines what happens. its under warranty so they should fix it, time to get ahold of Brandon and have him make some calls for you

im sure he would but im smart enough to not let a speed shop paint my ride especially when a body shop cant get it right. im still trying to figure out what was going on in you guys heads that got paint work there

that's probably more headache than its worth. nose has to come off car, drain and recharge a/c plus replace the stock a/c line. from what I understand there is another company on this site making a better version now that is easier to reverse.

Ya Mark take a look into the other company making the chiller....the company that originally made the chiller....that works....the issues you could have wouldn't be worth it considering there is absolutely not customer support for the "RX Chiller" anymore.....

And about the speed shop painting.....it's awfully funny that the same "speed shop" painted my gfx and did a great job.....it seems that when a shop is run correctly and corners aren't being cut, and hack job installs aren't being performed daily a speed shop is capable of paint work....but once the wack job owner decides to run the business into the ground, copying other products, cutting corners, blowing motors, and outright scamming individuals....all those good painters and techs get smart and leave....hence why quality ends up suffering

my only comment to that is it was looking nice til the glaze wore off. as the glaze wore off buffer swirls are more than evident and until the hood got painted his was the only buffer on my car. he still did a better job than the body guy that redid my hood and fascia but safe to say there will be no more buffing by anyone anymore on my car. of course the chips behind my front wheels are showing up on numerous ZL-1's now
