Once there is a TPW does the status remain at 3300 until that target week or might it go to 3400 a few days in advance?

Becky, Do you know when the new grill will be coming out for the 2014's? They have the price on the build your own but it's also says late availabilty and I'm afraid if I ordered it now it would be stuck in 1100 until it comes out.
