It is never too late. Depending on your mileage you may want to consider getting an upper induction cleaning done though.

Get the upper induction cleaning done.

I did mine at 14K and did a manual cleaning after because the intake and valves were still dirty.

There are several ways but I would take it to the Chevy dealer and have them do it.

I can't believe I waited so long to do this. Not even a full week and see how much it has collected. Sorry for the shaky picture.

I am new to most of this, I came from a 2500HD to a 2012 Camaro, so I am trying to catch up. Pardon the stupid questions....
I get the catch can and will order it soon but since I just got this vehicle right at 20,000 miles, what do you think is going on internally? I have the V6 engine and I drive relatively conservative. If I do not care to punch it at every street light, how much damage could have occurred in that time frame? I drive an hour to work every day on two lane roads but it is pretty much traffic light free. (Greenville to Seymour- Johnson AFB)
This vehicle has no mods on it. I guess Exhaust, CAI etc is the natural progression? What does that do for fuel mileage

Signed,
FNG
