The seating area that you touch is leather, the rest is a similar vinyl material. Almost all vehicles with leather do it that way to save cost except for maybe your premiums.

It's a projection of residual value and depreciation. It's the same concept that sets lease prices so its not a new concept. Banks and automotive companies can accurately predict future values.

Think of a 36 month lease. That lease price is based off what the dealership KNOWS the car will be worth when you return it in 3 years or so.

Ask the dealer upfront what his selling fees are. Usually this is where they try to get you while deal is being made
