ZL1 diff
Tried the search didn't find an answer
![]() The GM parts guy i am dealing with is saying that you can buy the ZL1 ring & pinion without buying the complete assembly if this is true can you do the swap or do you have to swap the complete diff assembly & is it a direct swap if it is possible .Ahmad

If you check GM parts catalog this what you find :
UNIVERSALS & REAR AXLE / REAR AXLE / DIFFERENTIAL / RING & PINION RING & PINION Camaro; 6.2L; w/Supercharger; Manual Trans MSRP Online Price $402.90 $238.85 View Part Diagram -- Item #13 http://www.trademotion.com/parts/201...diagram=ZB3080 it seems that something wrong there cause no one has swapped these yet ![]() so anyone can confirm swapping the M6 3.73 diff in to an A6 ? & is it worth it or should wait for an aftermarket ring & pinion to hit the market. My car is getting the auto rearend swapped right now. I'm pretty certain Andy is doing the entire diff and not just the ring gears. He will have a manual set-up laying around if someone needs it.....
