Hello Guys,

This very recent activity with this thread came up and thought you guys may be interested in this info.. I like to search the PA/NJ/NY area thread once in awhile because I am originally from New Jersey. I don't know if you guys have finally got together or found a local club to hang out with, but I live between Baltimore and York, Pa. Harrisburg is a little over an hour north from me. I currently belong to the Maryland Camaro Club down here. I don't know if it is worth the drive down ,but it is at lease an option for you guys. There is always some kind of activity down this way. There is also a Cars n Coffee 5 mins from me that is awesome. You name the car and it has been there. There is a 2nd anniversary meet for the (Hunt Valley Cars n Coffee) March 29th. Last year we had over 900 cars there. Yes I said (900 cars). I also hang out with an all 5thgen Camaro club. We meet at this Cars n Coffee once in a while. We will be there March 29th to celebrate the second anniversary along with the Virginia Camaro Club. We could have 30 + 5th Gens there. I welcome all of you to come down and join us if you are not too far away. The only catch to this event is we meet at 7:30am. The event starts at 8:00, it goes until 10am. The 5th Gen club that I hang out with usually sets something up as an after meet if you want to hang for the whole day. To get more info about the Cars n Coffee meet go to the Mid-Atlantic area thread and scroll down until you see the thread for the Hunt Valley Cars n Coffee meet. This could be what you guys have been looking for.

I'm going to try to get together a SCPA Camaro5 club going as I have time to work on it. I love what the SEPA guys have going but for those of us west of Lancaster it's kind of mute point because their meets are too distant when their meets & cruises focus on Philly suburbs west of Philly & into New Jersey. I'm going to work on starting a good Facebook page as I get time over the next couple of days, and I am planning for meets & maybe a cruise or two added in this year depending on how well it goes over. There are plenty of car shows in the area to work with through the year to make our presence felt & gather to start. I'll post up the facebook link as soon as I get it up.
