I would rather white, or red, or even yellow , but zl1's were hard to find, got annoyed of standard back with my cobalt ss , and the automatic is quicker and runs are way more consistent

Only 147 Verts total Auto & Manual. I see some parts being sold from a IOM Vert wreck on Ebay not too long ago. Numbers are going to get smaller everyday. Drapers Chevrolet in Saginaw MI still has a 13 Auto Vert on the floor for sticker or less. Can't believe its still there.

I couldn't wait for the vert myself bought a 12 IOM with Grey Strips (#167) only 107 built in manual, going to leave mine stock for a while. I think well see more IOM clones in the future then GM ever built, really nice color.

I picked mine up last month when I realized it wasn't available In 2014, had to go to Pennsylvania to pick it up but I got it for under invoice. During my search I found A few 6spd verts. still out there on dealers lots, 5 from Wisconsin to the east coast . northern dealers were willing to deal, not so much in the south.

I love my 13 IOM!!!! I couldn't do a vert, but I love my coupe!!

It wasn't my first choice in color, as I love my SIM as well, but I couldn't find a 13 SIM ZL1 manual. Now, I couldn't do without my IOM!!!!!

I have a inferno orange ZL1 vert auto (left knee finished and no doctor will reconstruct they say i have to wait till mid 50's), I painted many 1968, 69 camaro's in Gaurds Red and for some reason the new and old generation cars just looks awesome in this color, and all my friends say the same.

For that reason alone as soon as I seen that the color was discontinued, I jumped on a car that was special ordered by someone in PA, that let it go.

They added the Crystal Red tint coat for 2014 so it seems they switch it up a bit to keep it interesting. I like the orange and went in to look at a silver one with the thought of ordering the new yellow but came home with red. All that really mattered was the "ZL1" emblem with everything else being a secondary issue. LOL

I love my '12 in the orange. Seems strange that they now have three reds. Oh well.

It might just be that GM didnt paint a lot in that color by design,but who really knows being a lot of people purchased their car off of the lot ?
I for one love the color ,I wanted red tin coat,but could not find it when i went to make my purchase,didn't like the red all that much which is weird for me as i have had a lot of red cars...so black it was !!!
