And why hasn't Scott been questioned? According to eyewitnesses, Shunt was last seen with Scott, arguing about the headlights.

He was dumb enough to ask about the headlights, what makes you think he can find a trunk release?

I just figured out the rope. It is what's left over from hogtying Shunt. They just left it hanging out the back as a reminder of what will happen to all those who don't believe that what they see are :notheadlights:
