What kind of deals are people finding on new, remaining 2013s? Is it enticing enough to justify refreshing the warranty/mileage for those of us with a '10 or '11?

I was able to find a 2012 for a good price that was certified.

I looked around but the 2013 were just not worth it. You are not saving much money and the 2012 certified/2014 new have a non maintenance deal going on where you don't pay for maintenance for 2 years but the 2013 are not included in this.

At least in the midwest inventory was low for basically everything let alone the 2013 model.

Depends on the region. When I traded mine they were automatically offering 1500 cash back for Camaro's and other incentives (Special Financing, 15% discount). Check around, you may find one on cheap.

I'm a little fussy, and also all over the place. I miss my t-tops (I had owned a 2nd gen, several 3rd gens, and a 4th gen)...so I lean towards a vert. I consider special editions, like a Hot Wheels or ZL1. If I went ZL1 I could swing it, but probably not also a vert so I'd get the coupe. I'd even be open to a slightly pre-owned.

My main goals are to get Nav, a manual this time, a power passenger seat, and reset the warranty clock. I'm fussy on color, and work in the business so I know the way to steal one is a leftover, or at least on the lot for a "today deal". locally, there's a Summit White vert with Inferno interior that is right up my alley, but I'm just not convinced I'm hearing about '13's being blown out yet. I looked at a few Vettes in the spring and many were $10k off with the redesign on the horizon. If I found a situation were there was like $4-5k off, a $1500 rebate, some sort of Loyalty offer or Private offer, and I got somebody to stretch on my trade to but a much needed deal together- I think I'd be in business.

Maita Chevrolet in Elk Grove, CA is offering all 4 of their "new" 2013 ZL1's at 5k off msrp. Deals can be gotten.

Rebates on '13s are at 2500 around here- don't know about the Private Offers coming up yet this month.

I'd think that would halfway put you in the ballpark.

Any thoughts on what will happen with the rebates for next month? The current 2500 off is about to expire. I've been on the fence about what to get and the month has flown by..

I just went with a 12 CPO 1SS/RS 6M with a sunroof and factory Hurst and 20k miles for $10k less than a new 2013 2SS/RS. It was a tough call, but for $200 less a month I am quite happy. I have a full warranty until 2/16 and free maintenance till then too. I was looking at about 3500 below sticker on the new car.
