I did receive the unit in less than one week after the payment was made. They needed 3 days to clear the payment. My radio was send it on Friday evening and I received on Monday afternoon.

No, they do not use PayPal. They using HSBC bank transfer or Western Union.

The description on the hicesan site says it supports wifi, 3G and eventually 4g. I assume this means you can get an internet subscription, unless you have to tether from a smart phone. I would love to see all the bells and whistles once you get more familiar with it, maybe even a video of it too
