Help: Itunes
Let me start by saying I hate Itunes. It has never worked properly for me now matter how many complete deletions and re-installations. My problem is that my phone rarely connects to Itunes. If it does, it freezes when i try to put music on it. I've read through trouble shooting this, but nothing works. I just want to put my music on my phone. It's extremely annoying.
Any help? Thanks. |

Go to Verizon store. Buy any Android.
Problem solved. In all honesty, I have no idea. If it's not connecting to iTunes it seems like you're SOL considering how it basically needs iTunes to do everything.

Yeah we need more info. I've had every iPhone except the newest ones. I've never had a problem loading music on it. The only time I can think of having an issue is if you delete the file and iTunes tries to put it on your phone.

First make sure that the problem is from Itunes, and not just your computer. If you are sure that it is Itunes, make sure that both your phone and itunes are up to date. If you have an older model phone, that may be the source of your problem

Try e-music... Same $1.29 price per song for non members, and even cheaper when you join.

A couple things - how do you connect your phone to iTunes? I wiuld recommend a cable as the wifi setting can be temperamental. When you connect it is usually best if your phone is unlocked - mine won't be found if it is locked. Also, depending on how many songs you are trying to sync you may just need to be patient, when you first connect your phone it will sync and backup and all that good stuff and if you try adding songs during this process it can slow it down a lot. Trying to do this over wifi is even worse. The other thing is - when was the last time you defragmented your hard drive? It can take a while but if you haven't done it in the past year you may be able to improve your computer's performance and speed up things in general.

Why don't you just download it straight from your iPhone? About a thousand times easier.

iTunes knows if you've already paid for a song and you should be able to re-download it to your phone thought the iTunes app via the cloud as long as you're using the same iTunes account.
