I thought it stated that when you signed up you must not differ from majority opinion and love all GM vehicles when you signed up haha

I looked at both a 2005 and 2003 models of Tacoma and neither one is close to the new Colorado. In fact the 2005 is essentially the same truck they sold in 2013 with a few trim changes.

Two things;
1. No comparison between tacomas and colorados, I had both, tacoma beats it every area and then some.
2. "Previous" Colorado was horrendous in turning radius, I could not even turn around in the street without backing up, my buddies quad cab long bed made(it became the butt of many jokes at work), also after ported TB, tune, chip, intake, etc. it was still a dog!! the 3.5 was a joke horrible accelaration, I couldnt wait to trade it in as it was my fiances and didnt miss it when it was gone. The tacoma turned into my camaro, and my jeep serves purpose for offroad.

With that being said, gm mentions turning radius and 302hp as highlights which is encouraging. But noway will it be a tacoma people.

I guess that means no automatics on that model not that you can get a manual on that model only.

No, that means manual is only available on what's essentially the fleet truck.

Booo no manual for diesel its no good GM we want to row our own gears heck even Toyota lets you get a manual and frontier as well. Compete Gm

I went over to the Holden site, and you can get a 6 speed manual in their Colorado so I assume it would be the same over here

I was really hoping for something that looked more like the new Silverado... I won't be running out to buy one of these. The only thing that really appeals to me here is the diesel... That's pretty cool, but only an auto trans? Disappointed again.

They are. Look up how many manual Tacomas and Frontiers are sold. I'd bet it's an abysmally small number.

I think you can get an Extended Cab chassis cab as well.
