Is there a PDF/Image link to how the fabric/foam/headliner attaches to our frame?
Just curious. Just had my top replaced under warranty by "the best guys in town", used by my dealer. After test cycles (by me), a 1/2 inch wide black nylon strap is hanging between my roof headliner/roof on my passenger side. It looks like there's a popped rivet on the end of it.
Car's going back tomorrow. Looking for a link to show exactly how the outer fabric, acoustic foam and headliner is supposed to be attached and fit on our roof frames. One of the hardest things to gauge once we get a replacement roof done is to know whether the roof fabric sits as it should, including along the seams of doors/trunk etc. Anyone? |

Thanks for the kind offer but I've already got my car back from the dealer (2d time). So far so good, but the fabric is tighter than a cop's belt in a donut shoppe. I'll wait to see how well it loosens over the winter and into spring.
The fun just never ends. Thanks again for your offer. |
