Solo High flow cats and o2 sensors
Below you can see all my aftermarket parts.
I have a P2096 CEL code. Cleared it and eventually it came back. I took it to the dealership and they said that it is because my O2 sensors are getting a false reading due to the relocation of the sensors. Is this possible? Anybody else have this issue?

SOLO claims their high flow cat setup shouldn't cause a CEL, and it seems most of the time they don't, but I have heard of it happening before.
You can contact SOLO and see if they have any recommendations. I'd start there, but I'm guessing there may not be a solution other than getting a tune.

I have yet to have a code with my set up and been running it since February. Solo should be able to help you out.

Check for vacuum leaks, and exhaust leaks at the flange, o2 sensors, joining connections etc. Both of these can cause that code.
Generally you would see a P0420, and/or P0430 code for high flow cats or headers. |

Well they claimed to have checked everything and are "positive" it's the o2 sensors

I've got the same mods as you but different brand axle back and different CAI.. Weird. I wonder if my MAF sensor got dirty, I heard that could cause this code? Not sure. I do live in the dusty arizona though

I had it professionally installed since I did not have the proper equipment, and after I got the code i took it back to have them check for leaks and they said all was good. I'm so confused.. Haha

Extensions
I had the same problem last year & dealer was a pain in the a$$. Call solo and have them send you two o2 sensor extensions. I kept through the same code. Put the extensions in cleared the code & it never came on again in the last year & half. Its up 2 you try it. The only code I was throwing was the P0430 & I also have Doug Thorley ceramic shorty headers.

I'm just confused because from what I've researched, rich conditions results in lack of power and decreased gas milage. On the freeway I'm averaging 29+ MPG. Sometimes even mid 30's, and I haven't noticed a reduction in power. It also says online that changing your o2 sensor will not fix it. P2097 is bank 1 (driver side) so I wonder if I changed my driver and passenger o2 sensors if I would get P2099 bank 2..

If you switch O2 sensors and get a code on the other bank it may be an indication of a bad O2 sensor. If you get the code for the same bank then it is different problem. If I remember trying to install mine you have to get the O2 sensor back in the positions that they came out of the stock pipes and if memory serves correctly I thought the connectors for front to rear O2 are different but they maybe are the same for side to side. As far as the MAF not sure that would set off a code for the O2 sensors but maybe it could be messing with the fuel mixture. I have never cleaned an MAF in my life so I really could help you. I know they make a special spray cleaner for them and maybe would not hurt to give them a cleaning. Not sure if a battery disconnect would help you out either. You could try leaving it disconnected overnight and see if that help clear it.

The dealer said my car is running fine and the air/fuel ratio is good, So there's gotta be something going on that's tricking my car to think that it's off.. I want to swap the o2 sensors on both sides but I don't have anything to lift my car, and with Christmas and all that coming up I really don't wanna spend the money on a jack and stands right now just to swap out sensors which may not even do anything for me. I'll do that as a last resort. A shop near my house said that intake systems can cause this code so I figured i should spend a few bucks on the cleaner and give it a shot.. Is there a difference from hooking up to your OBDII and clearing the code opposed to a overnight battery disconnect?
