I am a Devoted and Loyal GM customer since 1986, purchasing

and I had nothing but problems with that Dealership and I went to another Dealership to re-order
the car.

Upon re-ordering this new 2010 Camaro SS for a second time on June 18th, 2009 I was told that
my car would be done in 6-8 weeks. I traded in a 2000 Corvette Convertible for this New Camaro
and it has been 5 weeks since that time and no event code status has changed since I re-ordered
this car. I am a Extremely Aggrivated Consumer right now. I was told by a District Manager last week
that my event code changed from event code 1100 to event code 3000 on Thursday 7/16/2009
and I have checked from that date and nothing has changed. He informed me that my car was
scheduled for Production the week of 8/23/2009 and as of today my event code status is still at
1100 Preliminary Order Accepted by GM.

Is this how GM Treats its Customers ? When the Company is in Bankruptcy ? I made a purchase
of a New GM product and I have been jerked around since I gave the dealership my perfectly good
2000 Corvette Convertible. I have been without a car for 5 weeks, has GM offered me a car to drive
while I'm waiting for this new car to come in??? NO. I have asked the district Manager to at least
compensate me for the inconvience that I've been through with a car cover and trunk protection
cover to at least keep me appeased until my car arrives and have not gotten no response from
anyone at GM .

I am at the point where I am ready to cancel my order and go buy a brand new Challenger, which I
can get tommorrow…what is GM going to do for me ???? All GM did for me so far was take my
2000 Convertible Corvette and charge me 5000.00 over the list price for a car I have not test
driven yet and given me nothing but lies.

I am not Happy with GM right now.

I expect ANSWERS AND COMPENSATION FOR THE BS THAT GM HAS GIVEN ME FOR THE
LAST 9 WEEKS.

IS THIS HOW GM TREATS ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS FRED ????

You got it. They will tell you anything to get your money. Mine was not up from about the order system with me. He told me ill have my car in 6 to 8 weeks. Its been 7 weeks and i am still at 1100. Also, i started looking at challengers. My wife and i talked it over and decided. IF, the camaro is not heer when the 2010 challengers come out. We are buying a challenger. Sorry, guys, but, i am trired of beening lied to. They all remind me of the late 50s and 60s. Went with my dad to buy a new car, about 1960, they did not put price stickers on them then. You ask how much, sales man stated a priece. Then you you counter offer. They have not changed a bit.

hi viz just read some of the other posts after I posted my request. I ordered my camaro last October was told that I was number 7 in order status at the dealership the code I was given is NHBHP0 and the dealer has no clue and can't give me any answers. I see in some of the posts people who ordered this yr were told 6-8 weeks. Well guys if I ordered mine LAST October, I'm looking at 9 months already! Any info would be greatly apprreciated!!! thanks Ladyhwk007
