AC/Heater

I drove my 14' off the lot on a decent night in Oct, noticed that the AC was not blowing cold it was actually more comfortable to roll the windows down. (south Texas) not great but tolerable. Called the Dealership scheduled repairs and some PDR for door dings that were picked up on the lot...this is a whole nother' story)
any how finally gets cold here in South Texas and low and behold the Heater does not blow hot take it back the dealership and tell them....

1. the AC drivers blows hot and the passenger side blows cool (they treated me like this alone pissed me off hello I may be a woman but I think that I am more than capable of operating the AC and Heater in a car)

2. the Heater drivers side blows not freezing but not warm and the passenger side blows ice cold air.

they take it back and run the program... takes an hour... reset the program... and finally the drivers blows hot but the passenger is not 100%. I asked for a loaner so they could fix it and the service writer had the audacity to tell me that he was fresh out of sedans and all he had was full size pick-ups and tahoe's....WTH?

so the QUESTION that still remains...
anyone else had a confused comfort system and if so what did they do to fix it!! this is the ONLY issue I have with my monster.
