Its my understanding that they were having issues when trying to form body panels with it, it wasn't maintaining the proper shape. Thats not something you can just say 'meh, close enough' and keep going.

I could be wrong though, and it may have been some other issue.

The automotive press is absolutely enamored with Canyon. Almost more than the Z06.

Is the fascination with the Canyon because of the interior or the exterior? Powertrain should be the same as Colorado right?

I can't say much but if you weren't happy with Colorado's exterior design, you might be swayed by Canyon's.

Cool. The Sierras really grew on me, even more so after I saw one in person. They look classy and badass all at once. I wanted the Colorado to look more like the Silverado but they do look ok. The Canyon would have to look really great to pull me away from the Chevrolet nameplate.

I like the new style Colorado's, and I think as more pictures of different trim and wheel options become available they will grow even more on the public. There were shots of stuff on Colorado's at shows that aren't available for viewing on the Chevrolet Colorado web page, so I'm looking forward to seeing more. I really loved the shot of the black non Z-71 that was optioned out with the HID headlamps, running boards, and rims that I don't see on the Chevy site.

That said, looks will win me over, so if Canyon is the better looker thats where I'll want to be. I can't wait to see the Canyon, and oh yes very excited about Z06 and ATS-V....but the Canyon is the only one I'm likely to ever own lol.
