Tires

So I searched the forum and couldn't realy find a thread about what some of the best tires are for summer and winter.

I live in Georgia where we don't really have winter its mostly moderate weather(40s-60s) with a handful of winter weather days(30s-20s).

What tires do you all recommend?

Sorry if there is another thread about this, I couldn't find it.

From ST.Louis, I found out the stocks that came with mine are useless in snow. Had trouble with 1/2" of the crap. I'll be watching this one.

Its not just the snow, although that part is true.
Cold temps really suck with the factory Pirelli tires.

I went with General G-Max AS-03 (factory sizes), and what a difference!
Much better feel in the cold, and did well enough in the little bit of snow we had a few weeks ago.

I don't expect "snow tire" performance out of them, but they are much better than the factory tires in the cold.

I have used Eagles over the years on an Aurora and a G8. Excellent traction (superior to PZeros) and better in colder weather than the PZeros.

Not cheap, but an excellent performance tire.

I'm just a little north of you. I put on Toyo Proxes 4 Plus in October and are very happy with them.

Using Vredesteins so far I love them. Great in rain and dry conditions.
