All it does is give some low level sales person a black eye. Gm will never give a dealership so much as a wrist slap. Gave a negative review when the service dept scraped my car, the mid level customer service rep basically said my review has less value to gm than toilet paper.

Never filled mine out as everything I received from GM had the incorrect last name by 10miles. Finally had to call them and was told they would correct. The customer service rep almost made it seem like the mistake was caused by me. Not sure how or why as the dealership has my contact info correct.
