I store mine about a mile up the road. But I do drive it on dry days. Longest it sat was three weeks...started right up and drove like the day I put it in. Good luck with yours...I'm sure it'll be fine. I do check on it every other day when it's in there...

I got to see mine this past weekend, 2 months almost since she went to hibernate. No signs of mice or anything else strange. It is in a storage unit close to my home.

10 minutes later I realized that I way over thinking the storage of my car, there was an Audi R8 driving around. Looks like winter tires and weather tech floor mats in the future.

1990 V6, she is a beautiful car, no rust, straight as an arrow. Restoring as a cruiser. The color is amazing and I am hoping the guy that does my paint and body work can match it.

Seriously. I never do anything different. Twice a month I start it, but that's mostly for me because I miss the sound. And if the snow/salt isn't bad on the roads I'll take it around the block a couple times. But again, that's just for me.

Battery tender, cover it and leave it. See you in 3 - 4 months. Easy stuff.

I still think you guys should use fuel stabilizer. Its the only thing we do now with our boat other than the water drain and fresh oil in the spring.

The fuel now is crap. small engines cant run on it after 2 weeks. I use seafoam in the fuel for storage now. In my bikes stabil worked ok. They would start befor the batteries went dead. With sea foam they started right up 1st crank.

Never a problem in the spring, starts up like I just drove it the day before.

For sure. Mine is under the covers now and will be there for a while. Been doing that since I bought it and have never had an issue.

What are you drinking? I will take all of your 2 week old fuel off of your hands. There is a chance of phase seperation but it's not going to happen in 2 weeks. Tell me why the fuel now is crap. It has ethanol that burns cleaner than gasoline. Fuel has never been more pure than it is today, it's simply different not crap. And yes I do happen to know what I'm talking about.

Fuel is crap after 2 weeks.....I better get the fuel out of my boats, tractor, 5 cars, lawn mower, generators, weed wackers, outboards, and any anything older than 2 weeks in my gas cans. Don't spew facts when you don't have a clue what you are talking about.
